CoachCove was officially established in September of 2005. However, CoachCove has been alive and well for over twenty years. I have always had an incredible passion to coach. This passion showed up throughout my twenty year Banking career as well in the youth arena coaching hockey, baseball and softball. The impact that I had on my employees over my banking career was powerful but it pales in relation to the life altering effect that Coachcove has had over the past two years. Not only has there been an impact on my clients but on me as well as I have experienced coaching for the past four years. I have grown immensely and this has allowed me to facilitate and assist my clients in their search for true fulfillment in their lives.

The model of coaching which I now utilize is called Co-Active Coaching. I am certified in this model having undergone the year long certification process for my CPCC-Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. This model of coaching is truly dynamic as it focuses on the fulfillment, process and balance of the client.

I have taken this model of coaching and employed it with several major Corporate Clients as well as my private Clientele. The scope of my works has typically involved some training for a particular segment of a company followed by intensive 1/1 coaching aimed at maximizing job performance. Additionally, my private clients are currently working on many diverse initiatives ranging from Career Transition to incorporating a newly acquired firm into an existing firm.

Lastly, I have had the pleasure of bringing this phenomenal model of coaching to middle school students in several communities to assist them in dealing with the numerous challenges that they confront during the ages of 10-13. I can’t begin to explain the satisfaction of reaching children of this age level and to see how it has moved them in many exciting and positive directions.
